A:Many venues and vendors give us discounts. They charge us a wholesale rate as we bring them many different clients each and every year.
A:We have available over 30 of Orange County’s Finest Venues at Unbeatable Prices for your event.
A:No. For us to be able to offer you our negotiated wholesale price, we must introduce you to the venue. Venues that you contact directly consider you their client and will charge you the normal retail price.
A:Yes. We do offer some venues in cities that border Orange County.
A:By concentrating our efforts in Orange County, we have been able to secure the best unique venues, dates and prices for your events.
A:Yes. We specialize in huge venues with 300 – 1500 capacities.
A:Yes. We have spectacular waterfront venues, yachts, museums, mansions, country clubs, and concert venues to name a few.
A:We do not. We have found that hotels have high food and beverage costs along with taxes and fees. We have been able to make your budget go further staying out of the hotels.
A:We have our own H2 Hummer limo and will pick you up and tour some of Orange County’s Finest Venues.
A:Just call or send us an email. We schedule limo tours 2 – 4 weeks in advance.
A:We schedule free limo tours Monday – Thursday. Earliest pick up is 10 a.m. and the latest is 3 p.m.
A:We can show 3 – 5 venues in about 3 1/2 hours.
A:The limo has room for eight guests with one being reserved for your adviser.
A:We will show you venues according to your expected attendance, event date, budget, past locations, and distance from school.
A:Yes. We find new venues every year and add them to our growing list of unique OC Venues.
A:Most venues book 1 – 2 years in advance. Extremely popular venues book 3 – 4 years in advance.
A:No. Give us a day and we will be able to tell you what is available on your preferred date.
A:They are event planners. We are venue specialist. They also act as a middleman subcontracting to other vendors. We have our own staff, provide our own catering, entertainment, and decor. We also own our own venue called Dove Canyon Courtyard, a popular wedding venue.
A:We do but all music must end by 10 p.m. We are also limited to 300 guests.
A:By having the most clients, we get the lowest rates possible at venues. We provide our own catering, staff, entertainment, and decor. We own what our competitors subcontract or rent, giving you a lot more for you money.
A:Yes. Schools love us because they can be a guest at their own event. Venues love us because we treat their location as we do our own. We know what they expect and they welcome us back.
A:Yes. We also plan grad nights, winter formals, homecomings, and reunions.
A:Yes. We have some great packages available for on campus events. We have some great themes and ideas for your on campus homecomings and grad nights.
A:No. We work with risk management from districts all the time. We are also covered by 5 million general liability which exceeds most districts requirements. Our competitors carry only 1 – 2 million.
A:We started in 1986 specializing in high school events. Many of our original activities directors are now principals. We are also a bronze sponsor and CADA member.
A:Yes. We are proud to share all our schools currently using our services. Many use us each and every year.
